My strides per minute is usually at 160 but I've taken it to over 200 just to see if I could. I go for distance. I'll do an hour on the machine on manual mode. No inclination.

I've been doing more treadmill now since my knee has healed up. I run for 4 miles then walk for one mile. I hope to get this up to a 6 mile run before too long and then I'll bring the overall time down to what I did when I was younger... about 48 minutes or less.
