It's nice to hear that you guys are doing some exercise videos, i think they rock. They really do help, I hope you notice a difference and wish you luck.

I guess you've already choose your fitness activity but I had to share this with you...I just recently purchase the Pilates for Dummies DVD and it rocks...it's so well put togetherm even I (who hates exercising (especially in public) and generally does everything wrong) can do it!

I would look around, lots of people recommend it, it's a lot like Yoga only it's a bit more for the toning and getting a leaner, longer, shapelier body. It's a good complement to dieting, lots of low carbers love it...check out other forums too...it's great...

it's pretty cool too, it's easy, no more than 10 reps only ever 1 set and lots of improvements only after 1 week!!

(i swear to god I'm not a salesperson for them :P)
