Try doing some push ups or do some fly's with the 10 pound weights and if you don't have accses toa bench just lie on your back nd bench press the dumbells on your back.You won't be able to bring back the weights as far but it is better than nothing and should help build strengthen and tone your chest area.DDD...........WOW
