I did that for a bit...lying on your back and (I had to use heavy books cuz I don't have weights) but I would push upwards (like trying to do pushups on the ceiling). It's a really good exercise to put "the boyz" back were they belong...

that's my opinion...it doesn't take to long to notice a difference either, if they're really out of shape you'll notice a slight tightness after the first week and a bit of a difference after 2 weeks...

at least i did, i wish ya luck, lemme know how it goes (or since this is an older post, how it's been going )
