I'm not sure how much weight you are working to lose, but we are all doing the same diet
I'm really struggling more to lower my bodyfat percentage. As I'm getting older, it's become more of an issue.
Walking is so good for you. I think a lot of people don't realize that, to be effective, you really need to get your mileage up (as you have). How much weight have you lost?
