I bought the tapes on-line. I will have to see if I can find the link. They are produced by Indian twins who are world renowned for their skill with belly dance. These particular tapes are geared toward belly dance for weight loss. I bought the pack which had the calorie burning, arms, buns and thighs and hips and waist or something like that - can't remember the combos. I had one out and my fiance's 8 yr old really loved them. My future MIL saw them and thought they were something that should could do to get exercise and keep limber. Great low impact but lots of flexibility and it isn't as easy as it looks.
