In many ways, low carb dieting is perfect for building muscle mass / size because low carb translates into high protein, which is what the body uses to build muscle. Plus, the high protein prevents muscle loss and encourages fat loss, so your muscle gains will be even more apparent.
Good luck with the weight training and your introduction to Induction!
