I hate the cold. I work out in the early morning, and managed to go outside and run all last winter. It's best in the morning because it's before you really know how cold it is. If I had to come home at the end of a cold day and go out there, I'd never do it.

It also seems like, in the early morning, I tend to miss the rains and wind. It's strange. After 15 months, I've only been caught in the rain a handful of times.

You do need to pick a regular time to exercise. After a few weeks, it will become routine.
