I would recommend it, when you first gt it you have to enter your height and age and it calculates your BMI. There are some fun aerobic exercises on there which are great if your like me and have done NO exercise at all they start out quite easy but itstill makes your heart beat faster and gets you out of breath if your as unfit as me.

You also have muscle workout section which I haven't really tried yet as I can't get my daughter off there and Yoga.


I think it was well worth it as the exercises are really fun to do even if you do look really silly doing them
