The suggestion of kickboxing and working on a punching bag are good ones. Just make sure to keep at least a 5 pound weight in each hand so that your arms have more stress on them than just their own weight. They will burn this way. If you are into martial arts at all... try working with a Bo Staff, or Escrima sticks. These will burn the crap out of your arms after a few hours. They will really define your shoulders too.
