When I work out early morning, I rarely eat first - not enough time. I'll have some water tho.

If you're out of induction, you can try a low-carb shake.

On weekends, I find a cup of coffee helps. Of course, as I'm sitting here typing, I'm preparing to work out. It's Saturday and I have more time, so I had some chicken with my coffee (sounds kind of gross )
