okk so let me get this straight:

when you excercise you burn off carbs for fuel first...that means that if I am on induction and I accidentally have 27g carbs instead of 20g, I can excercise so in essence it's like I never crossed the carb limit (and perhaps stalled for a period of time that would be much longer without the excercise?)

i just realised i did 14 days of induction in all pride and enthusiasm only to discover gradually the hidden faux pas (not counting carbs in spices, eating swede for turnips)...I'm hoping my excercise might be of some consolation!
