What do you do for a living? Sounds like how I felt when I was waiting tables...looong days of running around, on your feet, no desire to exercise when you FINALLY get home.
My advice is to try and make time for some exercise that helps you relax. IF you are, in fact, waiting tables, you get tons of walking done at work. Don't worry about coming home and running. Try things off of your feet- some strength training, yoga, pilates. Yoga and pilates are nice because they help you relax as well. I do yoga before bed and it really helps me sleep...which might even help with being tired all the time!
