I've been doing the atkins WOE for about 6 weeks now and have lost 11lbs, however, it has been slow, and i know thats down to my lack of exercise.

So i have started moving my ass at last!

24/9/06 40 min power walk\
25/9/06 25 min power walk with a very short jog thrown in
26/9/06 2 hours of walking round with a camera crew in high heels & sun
