Looks like it's going to be this format:

Points 43-1 awarded based on position
One point for leading the most laps
2-3 Chase points for a victory

Also, it's going to be the top 10 in points, as well as the 2 guys outside the top 10 who have the most wins. Thus allowing guys like Zoolander McMurray into the Chase.
