a buddy of mine bought a 9° that I want to give a shot. I really need to try the driving range first. I don't know if my wrist can rotate that way.
I ended up buying a 9.5 degree. One thing to know is that when you deloft the club, it opens the face slightily. If you increase the loft it closes the clubface slightly. My normal ball flight is a bit of a cut, but when I put this club at 10 degrees I am able to hit a bit of a draw.
I hit it even longer today than I did the first day I tried it. Could have easily had three birdies down the stretch, hitting my irons great, as the lesson I took a couple of weeks ago started kicking in. I shot even par over the last 7 holes today, with 5 pars a birdie and bad 3-putt bogie.
