I'd say the divorce benefits her by getting rid of a cheating husband.
I meant monetarily. There was a prenup, if she lasted 10 years she got a chunk of change. They were renegotiating it last week, to increase the money and bring down the 'tenure' required.

Now she's going divorce. Is it simply that she's had enough, and walk away (with whatever is appropriate per the prenup), or is there a hole in the prenup where she can cash in? The answer there tells you if it's a gold-digging situation or not - but my thought is that she's doing the right thing here.
