The women are coming out of the woodworks b/c they see dollar signs.

They can sell their stories to the tabloids.

Hell, the girl with the 31 month affair I bet throws a book together.

They kept quiet all these years for numerous reasons, but its not uncommon that more women speak up once the story is out.

The same thing happened to David Letterman.

There's also nothing to say that some women haven't kept quiet.

How do we know that this is it?

We don't know this is it. But odds are that this is the majority of it - while he could have a different chick in every city he plays in, odds are that he's a little less.... Chamberlain than that.

Regarding this charitable deeds, odds are that we also know the vast majority of those, as they serve to enhance the public image. While he might be doing good deeds under cover of darkness, it's really unlikely.
