That's horseshit, but I don't think they can make you pay for something you didn't ask for. They send it to you unsolicited, it's yours. That is, of course, unless you checked off some tiny little box on the app allowing them to send you promotional products on a trial basis.

Otherwise, tell 'em to kiss your ass.

I received the same DVD, with a return envelope if I didn't want to keep it. I didn't ask for it, why should I have to go through any trouble? How are they going to charge me for it?
I gave it to my neighbor, who needs the help anyway.
