I received the same DVD, with a return envelope if I didn't want to keep it. I didn't ask for it, why should I have to go through any trouble? How are they going to charge me for it?
I gave it to my neighbor, who needs the help anyway.

They can bill you for it. When you don't pay, they can report it to the credit bereaus.

I'm not saying you should be scared, just telling you what the standard policy is with that shit.
