Back on topic I'd get a new driver. I've recently bought new irons and a few new drivers. Technology advances have been HUGE in the drivers, not so much IMO with the irons. Now granted new drivers are big bucks but a 1-2 year old model will be a major upgrade for you.

After going through a number of them I bought a Cleveland Launcher and it is by far the easiest driver I've ever hit. As it is a few years old you can get one online, used, for probably $150 or so. Google Used Golf Clubs, there are a million sites. But before doing that go to a shop to let them determine the correct shaft, this is vital. You may think you need a stiff but your swing doctor will determine that.
For the record, I hate the launcher, I literally snapped mine in half and threw it in the water.
