I read this this morning and was trying to figure out his thinking ... But hell, why not ? Plus, if Tiger wimped out, his caddy would be ribbing him at appropriate moments during the many future "walks" those two will have together.

The jet boats, white water rafting, helicopter rides and bungee jumping around Queenstown are awesome. Landing on Fox Glacier in a ski plane was like something from another world. The glow worms were cool, as was hiking up to the face of a glacier. The waterfalls and scenery on the trip to Milford Sound were like something out of a science fiction movie. At least all this was true as of 1987.

I don't blame Tiger for wanting to capture some of that adventure.
