I'm going to start running regularly... I want to eventually train up for my first 5K, not sure how long it will take yet. The big challenge will be getting myself to wake up the extra 30-45 minutes earlier to do it in the morning. So, my goal is to run a minimum of 3 times a week. I'm hoping to switch to distance-specific goals by next month.

Week 1:
4/2 - 1 lap around reservoir (~1.55 miles)
4/4 - 1 lap around reservoir (~1.55 miles)
