My goal is to lose 4lbs this month.
1- 60 minutes weights, yoga, pilates, dance
2- 10 minutes crunches and pushups
3- nothing
4- Just some crunches and weights, about 15minutes
5- 30 minute walk, 15 minutes weights
6- 85 minutes
7- 120 minutes
8- 15 minutes
9- 20 minutes
10- 5 minutes of crunches and weights
11- 5 minutes crunches and weights and hopefully a 30 minute walk!
12- 90 minutes
13- 25 minutes
14- 3 hours walking the mall ugh
15- 45 minutes
16- 30 minutes
17- nothing
18- 15 minute walk
19- 15 minute run
20- 10 minutes crunches and weights
21- none
22- 85 minutes
23- 30 minutes
24- 20 minutes
25- nothing
26- none
27- none
28- none
29-Despite this headache I've had for a week, I plan to walk 30 minutes today
