Default March Exercise Challenge
Alright, folks, it's time for another monthly exercise challenge. Your goal can be anything you want...whether it's to work out a certain amount of time, a certain number of times, or simply to walk 3 days a week. Come join us. Everybody is welcome whether you're a die-hard exercise queen (or king, LOL) or just starting out. Only I have the permissions to edit posts after 8 hours, so if you will just post your daily workout in a new post everyday I will merge them for you. Please don't quote your earlier posts as it just makes for more work when merging. Thanks!!!

I resolve to actually meet my goal this month...2000 minutes.

Goal: 2000 minutes
Total so far: 1710 minutes


1 - 70 minutes at the gym
2 - Rest Day.
3 - Rest Day.
4 - 60 minutes walking + 70 minutes at the gym
5 - Rest Day. (Yeah, too many of these ALREADY!!!)
6 - 70 minutes at the gym
7 - 60 minutes DanceFit Class
8 - 70 minutes at the gym
9 - 70 minutes at the gym
10 - Rest Day.
11 - Rest Day.
12 - 70 minutes walking
13 - 55 minutes DanceFit Class
14 - 150 minutes helping V move + 60 minutes at the gym
15 - Rest Day.
16 - Rest Day.
17 - 360 minutes walking/dancing/standing on River Street
18 - 60 minutes walking on River Street
19 - Rest Day.
20 - Rest Day.
21 - 60 minutes DanceFit Class.
22 - Rest Day.
23 - Rest Day.
24 - Rest Day.
25 - 80 minutes at the gym
26 - 90 minutes at the gym
27 - 55 minutes DanceFit Class + 60 minutes at the gym
28 - 70 minutes exercise ball + 60 minutes at the gym
29 -Rest Day.
30 - 70 minutes walking the trail behind my house
31 -Rest Day.
