March goal:
>1 binge free week
Exercise >2 times per week all month

1- 35 minutes
2- 30 minutes
3- 30 minutes
4- 20 minutes
5- 45 minutes
6- 15, unless I'm a really good girl and work out after my late class *groan*
6 part 2: 25 minutes more yay!
7- 35 minutes
8- 35 minutes
9- Hmm, what do I feel like lol. I will do 20 I think
10- 35 minutes
11- 35 minutes
12: 10 minutes weights
13: I'm going to shoot for 20 minutes walking/weights. Today and yesterday are class nights be back up to 30 by Wednesday.
14: 70 minutes
15- 20 minutes brisk walk (in flats, aaaaaand I hurt my foot. literally can't walk. nice)
16- 30 minutes walking
17- 36 minutes walking (really should stay off this foot)
18- 10 minutes crunches
19- none
20- none
21- I'm going to hold myself to at least 20 minutes of stretching, crunches and weights today
22- none
23- nothing substantial
24- 30 minutes pilates
25- 30 minutes pilates
26- 45 minutes pilates
27- none
28- gawd help me get at least 30 minutes of weights and pilates in tonight
29- 30 minutes running/weights
30- nothing
31- 3 hours cleaning, 60 minutes dance
