I know you're trying to be positive and all, I work 12.5hr shifts, on my feet all day. I get up with enough time to shower and eat. I need to lose a bit weight but I will do it when I get a habit going, currently working on it in baby steps.
Someone hardcore would tell you to wake up earlier and fit it in anyway. Annoying to hear but it's true. That's how really successful people live. Haha I'm not really that driven, I prefer the comforts of mediocrity
