I know weight watchers works- I had a hard time following it because I dont have time to prepare my food when I work. with nutrisystem, atleast the meal will be packaged and I have no excuse not to take it to work with me. If it doesnt work, then it doesnt work. Ill try it for a month and see what happens.

That's good way to try it.. Also know you still have to prep salads and meat too I believe it's been awhile since I watched what my MIL did. Good luck hun
