stress and allergies can cause all that too... milk being the number one allergy to cause spots.

Sometimes over washing can do it too. You cause your oil glands to go into over-mode... and most ppl who have oiling sky have dry skin. So none oily moisturisers are a must to balancing out your skin.

i'd suggest giving your skin a rest for about a week to allow it to heal and then use a gentle exfoliation product daily with benzoyl peroxide in it, and always remember to pat dry and not rub dry. Put your moisturiser onto damp skin and only use it where needed - so on the dry and oily areas.

If you don't clear up after 4-6 weeks of this. See your doctor and ask for an antibiotic in pill form to take orally for 6 weeks.
