I have bad skin too ... what work good is bio oil but that's not something to use when you are out.. its oily at that time you put this and but mostly shine alot for a while ..i used it only when my skin end up very dry.... few days of this of 3 times a day my skin get so soft and take the dry out ..
while other creams could take some months..
and even the skin too

also i like to add maybe the bio oil will be too heavy for the face maybe you can use Rosehip oil(usually put bio as i have it always home because that's what i use for moisturiser for the body )

some brands are Trilogy
