If you have any hand weights, Thorny, grab one and then step on again and see if it changes what it's supposed to. If it does, then you're probably good to just base the up and downs off it.
I put Michael on it, because I know he's roughly 25-28 pounds, it picked him up at 25. So I think the girl at the office didn't do it right and made me think I had already lost 10 lbs I didn't (course I was sick and not eating at the point... so it's possible I've gained it back)

I think it's time to start my soup cleanse!
