*waves hands frantically* AHEM!!! Seriously...it sounds like vertigo. Been there, done that...it sucks balls. If you see a physician about it they can prescribe some antivert and some scopalomine (sp?) patches to help w/ the dizziness and nausea. If you have any questions feel free to ask...but what you're describing sounds a lot like what I went through last May...except I took my first ever ride in the back of an ambulance as a patient instead of a medic or student and landed in the hospital for 3 days.
