This is SO another topic. But I am only doing it for a year to try it. And I am getting protein from nuts, beans, dairy, eggs, etc. Iron can be gotten from vegetables, and I take iron as a supplement anyways so I am covered in that department

I have researched it - not to perfection obviously, but I am trying to go about this in a healthy way.
