Ive known this for years, whats even worse than that is my Mother told me about them ewwww I didnt want to hear about the benifits of kegels from my mother. Good luck to your mom though with her issues I hope it all works out for her.

I've known about them since I was a teen, yes, thanks to my mom, but I didn't know the consequences of NOT doing them. WOW!!

Thanks! It will work out, much better than the surgery would have done too!
