What are the best cleansers for your body? I just started using one from GNC that they highly recommended. Anyone have any good ones they used?

Is there a particular reason you want to do this? If you talk to any doctors about it, you will find that they do not endorse colon cleansing. You can go to the Mayo Clinic website and they say the same thing.
