Good luck, Sweetie. In July it will be 11 years since I quit. . .if you need encouragement or an ear to vent on (believe me, you'll probably want to kill everyone for a few days) let me know.

actually I havent been to bad, mornings are the worst I think- not sure why and like I said Im not real happy that Ive put on 5 pounds but hopefully that will pass too. Thanks everyone for your support and yesterday I only had a half of one

Im off to Sams today to buy 5000 suckers and some Slimfast
