I have been going to the gym again and I must admit, I feel good.
I have a friend (tammy) that forces me to go. She is great. I wish Tasha was on my rotation again so we could go.
Any good workout routines that I should try?
I already do cardio. 30-45 minutes.. probably need to increase that some.
