I prefer anything loud with a fast tempo, gets me pumped up

Also, add jumping jacks or a jump rope to the non-running days. Get the heart rate up.
Right, like I said... I'm going to try and pull something together later! Draw up a plan... if that fails. Do you think you could put all what you just said into abit of an orderly fashion for me!?

Thursday: ?
Friday: ?
Saturday: Rest
Sunday: Rest

Not sure what the best order to do things are!?
