Depends where in Europe you're talking about. Its the thing over here to get the ferry for a day trip to Holland as Cannabis is legal over there. The've recently downgraded it to a Class C drug here and in certain parts of London you will now only get an on the spot caution for possesion of anything under an eighth without being arrested, criminal record or court case.
