I will edit this as i eat throughout the day. I'm using the weight watchers points system, I get 22 a day. Let's see if I stick with this shit now.
Monday May 28
Breakfast: 12:50pm (i slept in!)
3 eggwhites, 2 yolks scrambled
1.5 TBSP picante sauce
2TBSP milk
Lunch: 4:11pm
Smart One's Chicken Enchilada Monterey
TOTAL:
501.5 calories
21.1 fat
5.9 fiber
10.5 points total
Exercise:
25 pushups (girlie style until i build up my arms again)
20 dips
