google ways to fix insomnia.

curiously enough, it's the same ways you fix anything: exercise, un-stressing yourself, eating right, not drinking too much caffeine before you go to sleep.

i've heard keeping off your bed except for sleep and sex works.

is it australia? and congrats on your 100 post
Pretty much exactly what I would suggest. Get some regular exercise and try to get to bed at:

1) A decent hour each night.
2) About the same time each night.
