I dunno why, but ever since like...Jan-Feb-ish, my resting heart rate has been a lot higher than normal. Like in the high 80s, mid 90s. Right now I am sitting at 92 beats per minute, and I'm laying on my bed...I'm wondering if any of you medical people can tell me something about this...is it a sign of a higher metabolism? Or stress? Or a health issue maybe I don't know about? I would appreciate any input! thanks!
