Here's the fun part about nicotene. after quitting if you take one drag off a cig, your brain will remember how much nicotene it needed while you smoked and will revert you straight back into the cravings and need that you used to have. That nicotene craving will always stay with you, and it'll take a long time for your body to get used to not having it.
