these don't have to be recent. But I am interested to see how many people have lost a significant (20lbs+) amount of weight here, and those before and after pics are very inspiring. Here are some of me. dont be shy, just remember that people with great bodies were NOT born that way. It is someting you really have got to work for. Ok I;ll start. And pleas excuse the stretch marks, they are a part of life for me now.
