The whole key to the numbers game is knowing exactly how many calories you take in a day. Also you need to figure out how many calories you need every day to sustain the weight you are at (your basal metabolic rate)
Here is a basic calculator for you to use
. There are also very complicated ones that have you answer a lot of questions about your daily activity to refine this number even more.
