My friend, I think you are being harsh on yourself with your thinking. I vote for personal kindness. Afterall, you deserve it. Be kind to your self and pay attention to your feelings. when the feelings are tough, think that it is time to change your thoughts. I do this constantly. I think the world is tough enough on us. No point in adding more stress to our lives..
with our thoughts.
thanks for your complement about my name. we are all in this together to help each other out. It certainly adds 'meaning' to our journey.
