no I don't know anyone local that has lost weight on HCG, but I am sure there are some. My main concern is to get real HCG and the right dose, because if it doesnt work I am going to be so disappointed. Can I ask you where you get your HCG from? I really would like to go to a doctor to get it, but when I look online I find so many of them and I am not sure which are real.

I got my HCG, (Hucog) from ReliableRX.com, ($51 + $20 shipping), mixing & injection kit, $25 or so, from Amazon.com, (be sure you get Bacteriostatic Water). I got the mixing instructions on this forum under "newcomer info". Knowing that my dosage was too high during R1, (175IU), Grammy recommended that I try 150IU, & it has been perfect.

I tried a "Wellness Doctor", an Osteopath, for bioidentical hormones, that was recommended by Suzanne Sommers. He was such a QUACK! Horrible experience! I know there must be some good ones, but I am THROUGH with "Wellness Doctors"!
