you can't reuse the mixing vials- you need new ones, just like new bottles of bact water. i guess you're getting ready to stop, but next time let us know right away if you're hungry. yes, you do have to do the vlcd for 72 hrs after your last dose before starting P3. and i personally recommend you have at least one day on P3 before you leave for vacation.
