what dose do you want to start at? i'd recommend starting at 166 twice a day, and then if you're hungry we can increase it a bit. a vial of 5000 at that dose lasts 15 days (5000 divided by 33= 15). 15 days is 30 doses, SL. so then you just look at what amount you want to hold under your tongue, and multiply that by 30 to get your total volume.

let's say you want to take .25 under your tongue. .25 x 30= 7.5 ML. Since you already have 1 ml of liquid in the hcg, then you'd add a total of 6.5 ML to it.

if you wanted to take a dose of .3- .3x30=9. Take away the one you have in the liquid hcg, and that means you would add 8 ML of sodium chloride. make sense?

This vial was labled as a 23 day supply not 15. I can hold .25 ml okay and I don't mind starting at 166 iu and going from there. But I really needed this to last 23 days.

Edit: Oops, I guess it's 2 vials for 23 days. Oh well, I did buy 2 vial, just thought they would last 2 rounds not one.
