you can do a 30-day round with 2 vials of 5000. that's what many people do, so they don't waste the hcg. the other option is to do shots, then it will last 23 days. but i recommend people use vials of 2000 when they're doing shots so that you can keep your hcg fresher. going 23 days on the same mixture is iffy.
